I decided to train as an executive coach and to join an HR consulting and coaching company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was in 2008 in the middle of the financial crisis, when I accompanied many people in Hong Kong with an outplacement in their professional reorientation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Back in Switzerland, I held further positions as a career coach and project manager at universities, in a gastronomy project including sales, and in a non-profit organization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With over 14 years of experience as a coach and trainer, now in midlife, I founded my heart project crossways in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I would like to encourage you to keep reinventing yourself and to face the crossways in your life with curiosity and openness so that you can follow confidently your new path. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am happy to support you in this process so that you can drive positive change at work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now I am eager to hear your story.
